Production of Transformers and Electrical Switchgears:
Production of distribution transformers commenced in the year 1996 with successful licensing from Rural Electrification Board (REB) Ferrotech has successfully supplied more than a thousand distribution Transformers to REB. In the production of 3 phase distribution transformers, specially designed fixtures are innovated and introduced in the production process to obtain a very process to obtain a very low deviation in core matching. For example a 200 K V A transformers all 4500 pieces of cores are cut within a tolerance of 0.2mm. This development ensures a whisper quite operation of the transformer and yields a lowest possible core loss with the same core configuration.
